Reporting to the Regional Vice President, Group Customer, this position involves managing an assigned block of Group Insurance clients and territory composed mainly of larger accounts. The position also involves promoting and managing positive relationships with clients and consultants and requires a high degree of selling – whether it’s new business opportunities, renewals, new products or services. This position works fairly independently requiring strong self-direction and initiative and is closely supported by the office’s field management.
The position is also responsible for achieving and/or surpassing objectives set by group field management by balancing new sales, profitability, persistency and renewal pricing involving a high level of decision-making, resourcefulness, and creativity within a context of shared responsibility with field management.
