    Using a relationship-focused approach this team helps clients achieve and maintain financial wellness. The Quadrus Advisory Services team cultivates and deepens customer relationships to develop and sustain holistic wealth planning and savings solutions.

     

    Members of the Quadrus Advisory Services team will offer professional financial counseling and guidance as well as educate customers about all of the products, solutions and services Quadrus provides within its established advice models.

     

    Reporting to the Associate Manager, Dealer Operations and Strategic Initiatives, the representative will be part of a team of professionals passionate about deepening engagement with customers to help them achieve financial well-being.

       

    Accountabilities:

     

    • Enhancing the customer experience using a needs-based approach to provide personalized financial advice to help customers reach their financial goals.
    • You must be an independent, goal oriented professional who prides yourself on achieving individual and team objectives.
    • One of your primary goals will be to increase customer engagement and action to support positive financial outcomes.
    • If you are confident in your abilities to communicate through a variety of channels to promote the value proposition of Quadrus, you would be an ideal candidate for this fast-paced and dynamic role.

     

    Qualifications and Competencies:

    • You are a certified professional (MFDA), (LLQP)
    • Current accreditation and good standing in the Canadian Securities Course (CSC)/Canadian Investments Funds Course (CIFC)
    • Completion of a relevant certificate, diploma or designation program is preferred, such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®) designations
    • Bilingual language skills - English and French required
    • Post-secondary degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience
    • Exceptional knowledge of savings, investment and insurance products and services
    • Integrity at all times
    • An ability to take complex situations and break them down into simple concepts
    • Coach customers to modify their financial behaviors so that they can achieve their financial goals
    • An extreme passion for financial planning and helping people while delivering an exceptional financial experience
    • Flexibility - We need a team that can adopt a flexible work schedule and comfortable working directly with customers via traditional and non-traditional means of communication
    • The ability to create enthusiastic advocates, deliver stellar service, and drive customer excellence
