Group Customer Client & Field Support is responsible for all ad hoc, regular and customized claims reporting needs for Group Insurance clients. Top National Account Clients require specialized attention and upmost service given their complex and unique needs and their sensitivity to our business. The Associate Manager is responsible for ad hoc, regular, and customized reporting needs for select Top National Accounts, including the completion of comprehensive annual claim trend studies and dynamic in-person delivery of those presentations directly to the Clients.
