The Sales Support Associate role has the ability to understand employee benefits data, pricing and the ability to compare the data across companies. This role works closely with our sales team but is expected to provide support to our service area on a daily basis. The Sales Support Associate must be able to interact with all of these constituents including our advisors in an educated and informed manner. They must understand the “why” behind the “how” and have strong critical thinking skills.
This is a temporary full-time position (19 months) covering a maternity leave.
