  • Job Description

    We’re looking for skilled career individuals to join our Toronto Freedom 55 Financial Centre, where you’ll connect with some of the most creative, spirited, energetic people.

     

    This role provides Sales Support to the Directors, and their sales teams. You will have responsibility to proactively support sales with activity management, supporting key sales functions within the sales roles, identifying sales opportunities, handling the logistics of marketing/prospecting campaigns and activities - and also acts as a daily interruption filter, thus allowing the sales team to focus primarily on revenue generating activities.

     

    Sales Support Associate team members contribute both individually and in a team environment, to new ideas and initiatives.

     

    You will partner with the sales teams to work on case consultation, uncovering opportunities and supporting post sale requirements acting as a key enabler for the sales team to focus on driving revenue.

     

    Accountabilities:

    • Provide dedicated support throughout stages of the sales process
    • Event coordination and follow through
    • Data mining – to support sales team identifying sales opportunities or preparing for meetings
    • Calendar management and meeting/travel efficiency
    • General Advisor Support

     Qualifications and Competencies:

     

    • Excel at building new and existing relationships
    • Ability to juggle multiple and changing priorities and meet deadlines
    • High degree of professional image, behaviours and communication skills needed
    • Ability to seek opportunities to clarify marketing strategy focus and assist with driving results
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Ability to adapt to a changing environment
    • Work well within a diverse team environment as well as working well independently 
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong critical thinking skills
    • Post secondary education in a business discipline or equivalent experience
    • Experience in the Financial Services would be an asset
    • Goal oriented focused on achieving set targets
