    The Regional Support Coordinator will have strategic tactics and responsibility for various operations functions at the regional level. This role will also provide direct admin support for leaders, including coordination of related plans and events, where applicable, to assist the overall region. 



    • Have strategic tactics and responsibility for various operations functions at the regional level
    • Track and process budgets
    • Support regional leadership in the implementation of  business plans
    • Ensure branch/office compliance

    Qualifications and Competencies:

    • Operations or Sales Support related experience within Financial Services
    • Post secondary education required
    • Understanding of business planning process
    • Understanding of the operations of a sales organizations 
    • Skilled at building strong, collaborative relationships with multiple business partners across the region and country
    • Strong written, verbal and virtual communication and influencing skills
    • Strong passion for working in a high performance, faced-paced sales environment.
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Ability to succeed and work well under pressure
    • Ability to work well with different personality styles
