    We’re looking for skilled career individuals to join a dynamic sales and marketing organization where you’ll connect with some of the most creative, spirited, energetic people. 


    The Sales Support Associate is a business partner with wealth management wholesalers to support wholesale activity, data mining for new opportunities, running illustrations, portfolio analysis, training on processes and systems, supporting advisor questions, calendar management, etc.


    Sales & Marketing Support team members contribute both individually and in a team environment to new ideas and initiatives.


    You will support the sales teams work on case consultation, uncovering opportunities and doing all post sale administration and act as a key enabler for the sales team to focus on driving revenue.



    • Provide dedicated support to the sales teams throughout stages of sales process.
    • Event coordination and follow through
    • Data mining – to support sales team identifying sales opportunities or preparing for meetings
    • Calendar management and meeting/travel efficiency
    • General Advisor Support


    Qualifications and Competencies:

    • Ability to build new and existing Advisor relationships
    • Ability to juggle multiple and changing priorities and meet deadlines
    • High degree of professional image, behaviours and communication skills needed
    • Ability to seek opportunities to clarify marketing strategy focus and assist with driving results
    • Very good/excellent level of knowledge of investment products
    • Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential communications 
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Strong change management skills
    • Ability to work well within a diverse team environment as well as a strong ability to work well independently
    • Post secondary education in a business discipline or equivalent experience
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong computer skills
    • Ability to apply critical thinking and planning skills
    • Experience in financial services industry, with background in investment knowledge.
