    Reporting to an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for the investigation and resolution of complex problems associated with Quadrus Investment Services Ltd. client accounts.



    • Completing client account adjustments, while working within service standards to minimize financial impact
    • Review of reports – including DSC report, rejected AWD report, MAS fee status/reject reports
    • Manual MAS fee calculations
    • POA, Bankruptcy, Requirement to Pay reviews
    • Identifying adjustment trends and communicating training opportunities to leaders
    • Researching complex legal and compliance issues

    Qualifications and Competencies:

    • Completion of IFIC Sales or Canadian Securities Course
    • You are persistent in ensuring prompt resolution of customer concerns
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
    • Able to manage multiple tasks while prioritizing and managing deadlines
    • You are a team player with the ability to work independently
