    The Manager, Corporate Financial Reporting Management coordinates with regional segment leaders in US/Canada/Europe to enhance the financial close, internal controls and financial statement process. Responsibilities include the support of the annual and quarterly close and reporting close cycles. The incumbent plays an integral role in consolidating and reporting results across the regional segments to provide the Executive team with accurate and timely financial and analytical support.



    • Manage and control the preparation, consolidation, and analysis of financial reporting including, financial statements, management/board reports, and regulatory reports;
    • Provide guidance and support to the segment regional Financial leaders through the financial close process;
    • Synthesize and present exhibits, results, observations, recommendations to stakeholders and management, including formal presentations;
    • Perform, review, and present analysis and interpretation of trends and variances holistically and across the regional segments;
    • Develop, perform, and certify financial controls in accordance with regulatory requirements;
    • Assist with review of accounting policies and position papers;
    • Work with segments to successfully integrate acquired entities into our general ledger and reporting processes;
    • Execute processes in a timely manner, build partnerships to develop automation solutions, and optimize the controls;

    Qualifications and Competencies:

    • Professional designation (CPA)
    • Minimum 5-plus years of proven accounting experience in a financial reporting role
    • Demonstrated ability to effectively articulate complex issues in a concise manner
    • Demonstrated ability to conduct and interpret quantitative and qualitative analyses through applying professional judgment and strong analytical skills
    • Experience working in complex corporate structures and intercompany transactions across a global organization
    • Excellent organizational & time management skills, with ability to lead a team through complex issues and tight deadlines
    • Effective oral & written communication skills to effectively articulate complex concepts in a concise manner to varying audiences
    • Experience with SAP and other financial solutions
    • Advanced knowledge and efficient use of MS Office suite such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
