    Reporting to Assistant Manager of LL Field Payroll Administration, you will be responsible for the prompt & accurate calculation of various compensation element of Field Payroll. You will maintain up to date payroll records in accordance with company and government regulations for all Freedom 55 Financial Field members & Wealth & Insurance Solutions Enterprise




    • The set-up administration of payroll for advisors and management to ensure all legal requirements for contracts, taxation and financial institutions are met.
    • The administration of various pay arrangements
    • The maintenance and administration of deductions according to company and government regulations
    • The calculation and adjustments to the payroll system for manual handling of various bonus payments.
    • Investigating requests and processing adjustments as required
    • Answering inquiries from the London Life field force regarding their pay and deductions
    • Managing the day to day distribution of the daily work through incoming mail and outlook mailboxes

    Required Competencies and Behaviours:


    • Payroll Experience/Accounting
    • Strong analytical, mathematical and problem solving abilities
    • Works accurately and effectively under deadlines (overtime required in peak periods)
    • Can prioritize and organize workload and respond to changing priorities
    • Strong team player – able to work well in a team to meet overall deadlines
    • Working knowledge of mainframe and PC technology ( Excel, Word, IMS)
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to communicate in French (written & verbal) would be an asset
