    Reporting to the Associate Manager, you will be responsible for performing various process audits for two key roles within New Business – Administrative Support Clerk and Data Entry Processor.



    • Performing quality assurance audits according to outlined procedures for London Life, Great-West Life, and Canada Life
    • Auditing two New Business roles (Admin, DEP) to determine completeness, accuracy of work, and adherence to New Business policies and procedures. Including but not limited to the auditing of all data entry points
    • Recording audit results according to procedures as each audit is completed
    • Identifying and reporting errors as well as root cause of quality issues directly to the Associate Manager
    • Making recommendations on policy, procedure, and training based on audit results
    • Performing or causing to perform the correction of errors

    Qualifications and Competencies:

    • Bilingualism (English & French) is required;
    • Business knowledge – familiarity with New Business roles, end to end processes, and systems (OnBase, HOWA, Aura, Siebel) is highly desirable;
    • Knowledge of Indexing and Separation rules and procedures in OnBase would be an asset;
    • Attention to detail – must have high capability to mentally and visually spot discrepancies between scanned application and web application. Requires a high degree of concentration;
    • Excellent communication skills – verbal, written;
    • Problem solving and analytical skills. Must be able to take a situation and apply logic and precedent to reach a conclusion;
    • Keying accuracy;
    • Comfort working with all Microsoft products with above average knowledge for Excel.
