    Accountabilities:

    • Leading and coaching a team of regional and centralized technology professionals to drive operational excellence
    • Creating strong collaborative working relationships with technical and business partners
    • Contributing to overall business vision through project delivery and providing innovative digital solutions that will lead to productivity gains for our end users
    • Defining and managing system lifecycle roadmaps and making recommendations based on adoption and cost analysis
    • Developing and implementing consistent frameworks for optimal execution of processes to achieve key performance indicators (KPI)

     

     

    Qualifications and Competencies:

    • Post-secondary Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or technology-related field
    • 3+ years leading technical teams
    • 2+ years in role with business and data analysis
    • Prior experience in financial industry preferred
    • Prior experience with system governance and reporting
    • Experience leading project teams to deliver on business needs
    • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
    • Ability to communicate effectively with leaders and customers
    • Strong analytical skills that rely on structured approach
    • Strong creative thinking skills to determine unique ways to deliver on unmet customer needs
    • Proven interpersonal / teamwork skills on high performing teams
    • Proven ability to learn and handle multiple priorities in a challenging work environment
    • Demonstrated coaching skills, proven to empower team members
