  • Job Description

    Your primary responsibility in this role is to participate in the successful acquisition, implementation and retention of large case business.


    You will be accountable for:

    • Coordination and implementation management of newly acquired high value clients;
    • Preparing responses for Requests for Proposal (RFP) and other inquiries;
    • Preparing and participating in sales presentations;
    • Updating consultant profiles;
    • Project management / resource for large case implementation and client education strategies;
    • Creating and updating RFP response database records.

    Required Competencies and Behaviors:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
    • Knowledge of the group retirement business;
    • 5 – 10 years experience in the financial industry;
    • Superior presentation skills;
    • Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint and Word);
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
    • Self starter, team-oriented and able to work with limited direction;
    • Well organized with strong time management skills;
    • Innovative and quick thinking;
    • Ability to travel;
    • Completion of the Retirement Plans Associate designation is an asset;
    • Ability to communicate in French is an asset.
