  • Job Description

    The purpose of this position is to perform the clerical and distribution duties associated with the day to day operations in all of Group Mid Market Accounts Administration.

     

    Accountabilities:

    • Arrange and Co-ordinate timely distribution of the following:
    • ID Cards, CADA Cards Benefit Statements & Sorting and Distribution of Child Max and Student Re-certification Reports.
    • PDD Card, HSP Cards, and Benefit Cards distribution for All Group (RGN, WPG, GEE, and MTL).
    • Coverage of Regina Support Unit Mailbox ie. death claims, spreadsheets, app requests.
    • Opening, Sorting and Distribution of all Incoming and OutGoing Departmental Mail. This includes creation of CanadaPost mailing labels.
    • Ordering Departmental Supplies
    • Returning GNET Applications and sending out all Enrolment Output i.e. Letters
    • Filing of NC and FWA.
    • Maintaince of MFD's including Service Calls for the floor.
    • Other General Filing, Contract Filing and Purging of Termed Records
    • Terminations of Groups
