    The Billing & Payment Administrator - Bilingual (English/French), is responsible for handling all premium and billing aspects for Premier Account group policies.   The successful candidate will be responsible for analysis and maintenance of their assigned block of business and assisting team members, keeping current and consistent with specific quality standards.    




    • Prepare monthly billing statements using Microsoft Excel
    • Handling daily inquiries from Group Sales office and other GWL departments
    • Allocate payments accurately and handle arrears
    • Calculate retroactive fees and taxes
    • Prepare policy year-end refund audits within the service target date

    Qualifications and Competencies 

    • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle pressures of deadlines, fluctuating workloads, and changing priorities
    • Strong mathematical aptitude
    • High attention to detail and accuracy required
    • Well-developed analytical/problem solving skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Well-developed skills using Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • Knowledge of Group Insurance products would be considered an asset
    • Ability to excel within a Purpose/Vision driven environment
    • You are comfortable with technology, using multiple computer and business programs.

    • This position requires bilingual English/French written and verbal communication skills, candidates are encouraged to indicate on their résumé if they fulfil this requirement.  Candidates under further consideration from the interview process will be required to undergo a French language skills assessment.
