    Great-West Life is looking for a strong professional who can oversee the development and delivery of strategies that drive the adoption and use of digital tools, such as Salesforce, within our advisory network. 


    In this role you will work with various partners to lead the implementation of solutions, develop and maintain relationships with our advisors, field and marketing teams. 


    The Sales Productivity team is creative, collaborative, strategic, fun, responsive, structured and emerging!




    • Drive the technology roadmap in support of senior leader strategies
    • Lead projects that focus on increasing digital enablement through effective and efficient use of technology
    • Deliver (in person and virtual) training and support on digital tools used within advisory network
    • Create strong collaborative working relationships with technical and business partners to deliver innovative digital solutions
    • Act as a subject matter expert in representing the interests of our sales teams when consulting with various internal business partners
    • Proactively use analytics to identify areas of opportunities to drive sales
    • Identify opportunities to introduce and leverage emerging technologies
    • Creating and delivering formal reports and presentations to senior leaders


    Qualifications and Competencies:

    • 3 years’ experience in a sales or technology environment
    • Ability to act in a leadership capacity with respect to advising on technology direction to enable business productivity
    • Experience leading project teams to deliver on business needs
    • Experience in training on technology process and practices
    • Effective planning and organizational skills with the ability to adapt to change and perform effectively under pressure and with multiple priorities
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills that rely on a structured approach
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
    • Proven ability in working with business partners, senior leaders, and customers
    • Strong technical aptitude with understanding of the Microsoft office suite, especially Excel
    • Experience working with Salesforce would be considered an asset
    • Early adopter; keeps on top of emerging digital trends
